Description
Twin Lagoon is a pair of interconnected coastal lagoons on Coron Island, surrounded by steep limestone karst formations. The two bodies of water are separated by a narrow limestone wall, with access between them changing according to the tide. The site is characterized by clear blue-green water, dramatic rock walls, and noticeable changes in water temperature as warmer seawater mixes with cooler water. Twin Lagoon is a recognized tourism attraction in the Municipality of Coron and is commonly visited as part of Coron Island boat tours.
