Reef Garden

Reef Garden, commonly associated with Malwawey Reef/Malwawey Coral Garden, is a shallow marine reef site along the coast of Coron Island. The site is characterized by coral formations and marine life and is used as a snorkeling stop on Coron island-hopping itineraries. The Tourism Promotions Board has included Malwawey Reef and Coral Garden in official Coron familiarization-tour itineraries, with snorkeling listed as an activity. Coron Island itself is divided into the barangays of Banuang Daan and Cabugao and is an important area of Tagbanua ancestral territory.
