Banana Island

Banana Island, also known as Isla de Saging, is a small island beach destination administered under Barangay Bulalacao in the Municipality of Coron, Palawan. The Coron Ecological Critical Areas Network (ECAN) Resource Management Plan specifically lists Banana Island among the islands under Bulalacao's jurisdiction. The island is part of the southern Coron island-hopping area and is commonly included in the Coron Island Escapade itinerary together with destinations such as Malcapuya, Ditaytayan, and Bulog Dos. The Tourism Promotions Board Philippines also identifies Banana Island as a destination for this excursion, with snorkeling included in the documented tour program.
